Leading Supply Chain Management, Internal Logistics and Quality systems in major companies like GSK, Schering-Plough and Oral B means the level of skill and knowledge Ciarán has accumulated is substantial.
As a senior manager in the Finished Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Distribution area he has extensive working knowledge of FDA and EU requirements of GMP and GDP across complex Supply chains.
A graduate of Trinity College,/The Irish Management Institute (IMI), National University of Ireland Maynooth and CPIM (American Production Inventory Control Society), Ciarán now passes on his expertise and specialist knowledge in the pharmaceutical logistics arena through finely tuned training courses and consultation. He helps companies and individuals to stay at the top of their profession. He maintains an excellent relationship with the HPRA (formerly the IMB) and is an expert on the practical implementation of regulations and how to help companies correct deficiencies to ensure compliance as regulations change and evolve. to satisfy regulators.
Ciarán is CEO and Founder of PLS Pharma, a thriving consulting and training organisation. Since 2004 PLS Pharma has been providing Consulting, Training, Advice and Inspection/Facility Reviews to the pharmaceutical, healthcare and Logistics Supply chain Transportation industries. PLS Pharam have delivered thousands hundreds of public and in-house highly successful training courses and have trained participants from over 70+ countries.

· Lectured for 3 years on Irish Institute of Purchasing & Materials Management Diploma and lectures for the National Institute for Logistics and Transport/ Dublin Institute of Technology & the Irish Management Institute.
· PLS were the approved training providers for RSSL Pharma UK (on GDP & Responsible Person Training courses from 2007 - 2019). PLS Pharma designed and delivered the GDP Passport for the Irish Exporters Association launched in late 2009 by the CEO of the Irish Medicines Board for over 10 years.
