Taking on new role as DRP in my company - I have previous knowledge & experience of some SOP's especially procuring, selling, logistics, FMD and warehouse operations. This course has helped me understand how GDP & QMS have a huge role to play in patient safety which is ultimately what this role is all about. How every decision in the supply of medicines have risks and what is best practice to alleviate these risks and questions all aspects.

Was very interesting but also scary to see how one chink in the supply chain can be catastrophic and how important is it to be diligent on every level. Both tutors were engaging and encouraged us to think outside the box but always to follow guidelines & regulations. The course was kept interesting with the breakout rooms they are an excellent idea to bounce ideas off each other and learn from others who are more knowledgeable & experienced. It was an intense course with a lot of information to digest & review but the downloading of information given and websites &etc to refer to with help with the on going learning.

Real-life examples/cases that were used throughout the course to highlight certain points from GDP guidelines. Really illustrated the reason why GDP guidelines were so badly needed in the industry.
